This committee brings meetings into places where regular NA meetings cannot
meet because of special circumstances or concerns of the institution.
In particular, the H&I committees of the areas of the Chicagoland Region, and the Regional H&I committee bring meetings into Jails, Treatment Centers, 
Detox Facilities and In-patient Clinics.

The regional H&I Subcommittee is asking all areas to fill out these forms for each facility where an H&I meeting takes place.  Turn them in  at the monthly subcommittee meeting.

Jail Volunteer Application Forms 

	You must be approved by the authorities to do volunteer work in jails and prisons.   To be cleared, you need to have at least a year clean with no felony convictions for at least three years. You cannot be on probation, or have been institutionalized in the past two years. This is checked with fingerprints eventually so be honest.  You may download these application forms in PDF format by clicking on the links below.
