The BOD (Board of Directors) Finance Committee is a subcommittee of the CSO-BOD and is responsible for overseeing all finances of the Chicagoland Region. This committee keeps track of all uses of the FEIN, consolidates financials from all committees in the region and files appropriate tax forms such as the 990. The BOD-Finance committee consists of:

• the BOD Treasurer/Finance Manager as the chair of this sub committee
• the CRSC treasurer
• the CRC treasurer
• the CMUCNA treasurer
